The products

Important notice for people who are allergic to nuts: the peanut soup is prepared in the same kitchen as the other DutchDouHua products.
Soy Milk

The Soy Milk is made from just soy beans water and devotion turning it into the full and tasty milk, incomparable to what's been sold in the supermarket. Even in Taiwan a proper soy milk is not so easy to get by anymore.
DouHua

The DouHua is made from the Soy Milk to which a coagulent is added turning it into this smooth, thick, sensational dou-hua. 
Sweet peanut soup

The peanut soup is made from peanuts, water, cane sugar and a pinch of salt.
Red bean soup

The red bean soup is made from red bean (adzuki), water, cane sugar and a pinch of salt.
Ginger syrup The ginger syrup is made from cane sugar, water, lemon and lots of ginger. 
Okara brownie

The okara brownie is made from okara, wheat flour, cane sugar, cocoa powder, and soy or oat milk. Sometimes there will be coconut too.

Okara is the pulp that is left over after pressing the soy beans in the soy milk making process.
Do you worry about the production of soy and deforestation? Then start drinking soy milk instead of drinking milk from a cow who has been fed soy. Only 7% of soy is used directly for human consumption. Read more on https://ourworldindata.org/soy
